Choose for the journey as well as the photos
Decide who travels in the wedding car and who carries the bags, flowers or other supplies. A saloon can make rear-seat access easier; a convertible changes the photos but needs a weather plan. Check room for the wedding clothing in the actual car rather than choosing only by silhouette. Ask the venue about the driveway, parking and where the car may stand for pictures.
Keep collection and return outside the ceremony rush
Write down the collection, ceremony, photo session, meal and return times with a margin between them. Include travel between every venue and any fuel stop under the rental terms. Choose the actual rental dates to see the matching rate and total; an occasion page is not an hourly wedding package. Confirm any delivery arrangement before putting it into the schedule.
